Location was perfect for easy access to transportation. Maria provided exceptional service, upgrading our room to one with an Empire State Building view. Some areas need renovation, but the overall experience was satisfactory. Appreciated the effort to improve our stay.

The staff at the hotel was top-notch, and the check-in process was smooth as butter, plus I lucked out with a fab room request coming through. The room was cozy, brand spanking new, and had a great city view to boot.

Mind-blowing location! Across the street from the train station and a block away from Macy's - super convenient for travelers. The manager went above and beyond to help us, even sending engineering to open a window when we had allergies.

The location of the hotel is mind-blowing; we could easily drop off our shopping in the super spacious room and head back out to explore. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, and the internet was excellent for posting all the fun moments on social media. The staff at the reception and throughout our stay was just super, always friendly and ready to help with anything. the hotel is a great place for a short stay, with a super convenient location and all the modern conveniences you'd need.

The hotel was recently refurbished with affable personnel upon the check-out. Hopefully the room was brand-new with old looking beds and the bedroom, as for instance. The location was best possible and prime, and we could reach Koreatown by walking.

Great value and reasonably priced place all in all, has competent staff on the reservation. The rooms are air-conditioned and full-size and complete with a freezer, TV plus decent floors.

I stayed at Hotel Pennsylvania only for transit during my travel and the convenience of The Herald Square subway station connecting to the B, D, F, M and N, Q, and R lines on Sixth Avenue made it an excellent choice. the fact that the nearest stop for local public transport is only a few steps away from the hotel building was extremely convenient for my short stay.

The minor negative feature during my stay was the inconvenience of the long line and overcrowding at the restaurant where the continental breakfast was provided. This was a slight downside to an otherwise convenient transit stay.

Unbeatable location in New York, short walk to fashion square. Exceptional service and an in-house restaurant onsite.

The spacious room with a comfortable king-sized bed and the friendly staff made this a great place to stay.

The tour desk with ticket services made it easy to plan our visit to the home of the New York Knicks, Liberty, and Rangers, and to see fantastic performances by top-selling artists at Madison Square Garden.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance its family-friendly amenities by adding a children's play area to cater more to young guests.

Early check-in, newly remodelled room with 4 comfortable double beds, tea, for example. Plenty of freshly made food at breakfast time. Awesome location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The location was great, being right next to a train station, which was really convenient, and the room amenities included coffee, luggage storage, and cable TV.
